0163(3)(a) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed blackberry bushes present in the outdoor play space accessible to children with sharp thorns. 0165(3)(g) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed a damaged pink plastic child sized chair that was missing one of the legs inside the licensed living room, and play equipment in the outdoor play area in poor condition including bikes and a scooter with visible rusty parts accessible to children. 0165(5)(a) - At the time of this inspection, licensor observed an electrical outlet on the wall next to the sliding glass door near the postings and an electrical outlet underneath the TV that were not tamper-resistant and were not covered by blank plates or other tamper-resistant covers.
